How our leaderboard is structured

Our leaderboard page groups active races by game type, provider and scoring window. You can track Pragmatic Play slot missions, Evolution table streaks, Ezugi live dealer rounds, Spribe Aviator multipliers and selected sportsbook contests without guessing which activity counts. Each board shows entry status, score source, refresh rhythm and final cut-off, so you know whether to chase a higher rank or move

to another active board.

RANK HELP

Help during leaderboard activity

Leaderboard questions need quick context, so our support paths focus on the board name, time window and score rule. If a rank looks delayed, send the race title and the game session time shown in your account. We check the provider feed, the leaderboard refresh log and your eligibility status before we reply.

Team online

Score not updated

If your score appears unchanged, share the board name and round time with us. Some provider feeds refresh in batches, so we compare your session record with the board update cycle.

Eligibility question

A leaderboard may apply only to named games, tables or market types. We can confirm whether your selected room counted before you spend more time in the wrong race.

Final rank query

When a board closes, we lock the score window and check late feed entries. If your final place seems different, send the race title and closing time for review by our support team.

FAIR RANKS

How we keep ranks readable

Our leaderboard depends on clean scoring, not vague claims. We show which games count, when a board starts, when it ends and how rank movement is refreshed. Provider-supplied round records are matched...

Provider feeds

Leaderboard scores are tied to recognised game feeds from studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Ezugi, Spribe and PG Soft where those rooms are listed for the active race.

Visible timers

Each board shows its start and closing time in the race card. This helps you judge whether there is enough time to improve your score before the table locks.

Account matching

Scores are attached to your account record, not to a device alone. That keeps your rank consistent when you move from phone to laptop during the same active board.

Rule display

Before you enter a leaderboard room, we state what counts toward the score. If a game is not named on that board, it does not add points to that race.

Final locking

When a leaderboard closes, the score window is locked and late provider records are checked against the closing time. Final placement is shown after that reconciliation step.

Supported regions

Leaderboard access is available in supported regions where local law permits. If a race is not open for your location, the board card will not accept entry.

WHY OUR BOARD

Our leaderboard against plain rank lists

A basic rank list only shows names and numbers. We build each leaderboard as a working race panel, with score sources, eligible rooms and timing shown before you enter. That difference matters...

01

Clear score source

Our boards identify whether points come from slots, live casino tables, Aviator-style rounds or sportsbook challenges. You are not left guessing why one score moved and another stayed still.

02

Named eligible rooms

Each leaderboard links only to rooms that count for that race. Plain rank lists often make you search across the lobby, which can waste time during short windows.

03

Rank movement context

We show your current row with nearby scores where available, so you can read the gap around your rank instead of staring at a long table of unrelated positions.

04

Race timers

Every active board carries a closing timer. That makes the leaderboard easier to plan around, especially when you are checking it from Pakistan during evening sessions.

05

Provider separation

Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Ezugi and Spribe challenges are not mixed into one unclear pool. Separate boards keep different scoring styles easier to understand.

06

Mobile-friendly table

Our mobile view keeps your rank row readable while you scroll. Many simple boards shrink the whole table, making score gaps difficult to read on a small screen.

07

Post-close checking

After a board ends, we reconcile provider records before final placement appears. That reduces confusion when late round data reaches the leaderboard after the timer closes.

Leaderboard questions before you join

Open the leaderboard page, choose an active race and check the eligible rooms listed on its card. If your account meets the board conditions, the entry route appears beside the score rule.

Some boards refresh after provider data arrives in batches. If your eligible rounds are recent, wait for the next refresh cycle, then contact us with the board name and session time if needed.

No. Each leaderboard has its own eligible games, tables or market types. Only the rooms named on the race card count, so check the board details before you start chasing points.

Yes. The mobile leaderboard keeps your rank row, timer and score rule within the same flow. You can read the board, enter the eligible room and return to your position easily.

When the timer ends, the board stops accepting new scoring activity. We then check provider records against the closing time and display final placement after the score feed is reconciled.

Different studios use different game mechanics, so we keep Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Ezugi, Spribe and similar races separate where needed. This makes scoring rules clearer for each board.

Leaderboard access is shown for supported regions where local law permits. If a race is unavailable for your location, its card will not open for entry on your account.
